All breeder/show kittens/cats will be sold with a contract before they leave home.
If a kitten has 'Reserved' by its name then a sale has been provisionally agreed, with no payment as yet received.
If a kitten has 'Booked' by its name then a deposit has been received.
If a kitten has 'Sold' by its name then full payment has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable without exception.
The breeder holds the right to cancel the sale if the breeder feels that the
kitten will not be looked after or cared for in a manner that it has
become accustomed which is an on going loving secure home.
